Some EMET features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before expiration.

You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

All purchases and subscription payments are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. EMET does not directly process your payment card. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to its policies and applicable law.

EMET provides discovery information for convenience. Business details, hours, availability, ingredients, sourcing practices, preparation methods, and policies can change without notice. Listings are not a certification, endorsement, or guarantee.

You are responsible for independently verifying business information before visiting, purchasing, or consuming products—especially when you have allergies, dietary restrictions, health concerns, or specific sourcing standards. Contact the business directly when a detail is important to your decision.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of EMET at any time. We work to keep the app useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete listings, or error-free operation.

Your use of EMET is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement for Licensed Applications. If these terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA applies to the extent required for an app distributed through the App Store.
